Residential Land are members of the Housing Ombudsman Services, an independant service dealing with complaints against landlords and agents, and other housing disputes.  Stuart Birke, corporate lettings manager at Residential Land comments “we joined the Housing Ombudsman Service to give our tenants an extra voice in terms of lettings issues.  This scheme offers them the comfort of a third party to talk to in case of a problem.  However, we set our customer service standards very high and hope that it is never used!”.  Residential Land rent hundreds of properties throughout central London.  Studio flats start from £250pw up to large 4 bedroom houses for up to £1,500pw.
