Residential Land require a dynamic and enthusiastic trainee acquisitions consultant who, reporting to the Portfolio Director, will help to source residential opportunities for the company primarily in prime central London. The candidate will also be expected to assist in the negotiation of any sales carried out on existing properties.   The ideal candidate should have the following:

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proven knowledge of the prime central London residential market
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Effective negotiation skills
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Microsoft office suite experience
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong business acumen
