Jene L. Elzie – resident in Marylebone at our Dorset Square property.

As a new resident to the UK, I was warned by friends and colleagues of the trials and tribulations of renting. I heard many nightmare stories but in finding Residential Land I was very lucky. Professionalism, quick responses and a positive attitude from staff have been continuously appreciated.

Kuljeet Chahal rented in Kensal Rise at our Portobello Lofts property in 2010.

I have lived in many rented properties in London and New York over the last 10 years including corporate serviced apartments and none of these have come close to the service we have received at Portobello Lofts.  Staff are extremely approachable and friendly and have gone that extra mile to really help and ensure we have been happy residents at all times.

Gregorio Lordi rented in Bayswater at our Garden House property in 2010.

After several years in Garden House I am still pleased with the positive and the quality of service your company provides.  It’s a pleasure to see people who know the meaning of efficiency.  Residential Land went far above and beyond my expectations. I was, and am blown away by your services. In an age when so many companies don’t seem to care about customers anymore, Residential Land does everything you claim to do, and you do it with a smile.

Residential Land supporting the Royal Parks

As Prime Central London’s largest private landlord, Residential Land are keen to support London based charities such as The Royal Parks Foundation. We are happy to be a major contributor to a charity who provide enjoyment for so many across the Capital.

Recently, Residential Land donated the funds to restore the much-loved Peter Pan pirate ship in the Diana Memorial Playground in Hyde Park.  The playground was opened in 2000 and welcomes nearly 750,000 enthusiastic young visitors each year – up to 5,000 at any one time during a hot summers day.

After eight years of constant use the playground required some much needed extra care and attention and Residential Land stepped in to fund the renewal of the crow’s nest and rigging on Captain Hook’s pirate ship.

Maggie’s of London was designed by architect Richard Rogers to be an uplifting, non-institutional space featuring intimate courtyards and a unique garden. The result is a peaceful atmosphere where patients and families can meet for psychological support in a relaxed domestic atmosphere, exactly as Maggie’s founder, Maggie Keswick Jencks had intended.

“The opening of Maggie’s in London will provide a fantastic service for anyone diagnosed with cancer in the capital. These world-class designed Centres have offered professional support and information for people in Scotland and it is a tribute to this success that they have been invited to London and other locations in England and Wales” ~ Sarah Brown

Residential Land have acquired 5 Elephants as part of The London Elephant Parade 2010! These individual works of art have been a feature across the Capital over the last few months to raise money for a worthy cause.

258 brightly decorated elephants were left across London in a unique art event aimed at raising £2 million to protect the habitat of the endangered Asian Elephant.

The London Elephant Parade generated mass awareness of the animals plight whilst bringing enjoyment to millions. The exhibition conculded with auctions selling off the individual elephants and all money raised going to the Elephant Family Charity.

Residential Land enjoyed the Elephant Parade so much we wanted to support the Charity and purchased 5 of our favourite exhibits, including Luna - a glossy black Elephant with twinkling lights who was located in Westfield Shopping Centre. Luna was designed by artists Matt McCann, Jake Scott & Nick Colyer and can now be seen at our Park Street Head Office in Mayfair!
