Residential Land made a difference for many  homeless Londoners this Christmas, by donating generously to the West London Day Centre.  Members of Residential Land Michelle Williams, Senior Project Manager and Lucy Metge, Design Assistant helped to raise and collect the donations. Our donations meant that 60 people left homeless could enjoy a three course lunch, prepared by a professional chef,  which really helped to make it a special festive treat. The lunch included donated hand-made table decorations and carol singing with a moving unaccompanied solo of “Do you hear what I hear”. Following the lunch many went to Crisis at Christmas shelters, while some stayed at the West London Day Centre which remained open for several days.

During December West London Day Centre’s team helped 33 homeless people off the streets and into accommodation. Their mission is to transform the lives of people  affected by homelessness, personal difficulties, offending or chronic addiction, empowering them to lead more fulfilling lives.

The centre relies on donations to enable them to continue to do this vital work. If you would like to make a donation for West London Day Centre please click  HERE
