Property Week has just released the RESI 100, a list of the top 100 people in residential property as voted by Property Week readers.
Residential Land founder and CEO, Bruce Ritchie was voted in 28th position.
The list includes a number of highly respected and well known industry figures including luxury developers Nick & Christian Candy, Savills CEO Dominic Grace and TV personality Sarah Beeny. Other famous names featured on the list included Grand Designs presenter Kevin McCloud, product designer Philippe Starck, The Duke of Westminster and even The Prince of Wales.
The No.1 spot went to Tony Pidgley, chairman of Berkeley Group who was voted by Property Week readers as the most influential person in residential property.
