As Prime Central London’s largest private landlord, Residential Land are keen to support London based charities such as The Royal Parks Foundation. We are happy to be a major contributor to a charity who provide enjoyment for so many across the Capital.

Recently, Residential Land donated the funds to restore the much-loved Peter Pan pirate ship in the Diana Memorial Playground in Hyde Park.  The playground was opened in 2000 and welcomes nearly 750,000 enthusiastic young visitors each year – up to 5,000 at any one time during a hot summers day.

After eight years of constant use the playground required some much needed extra care and attention and Residential Land stepped in to fund the renewal of the crow’s nest and rigging on Captain Hook’s pirate ship.

Bruce Ritchie, CEO of Residential Land commented that ‘children in London love playing in the Diana Memorial Playground and it is privilege to help in the restoration of what is an exceptional family area’.
