Residential Land were delighted to attend the Charity Clay Shooting event organised by Sir Joh Beckwith and his daughter Nicola at Highclere Castle on Wednesday 14th May, in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital and Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Guests spent the morning shooting five different drives around the spectacular 1,000 acre Highclere Estate parkland, currently featuring in the ITV period drama Downton Abbey. The shoot was followed by drinks reception with The Jeanie Barton Trio and an air display in front of the Castle by ‘The Blades Aerobatic Display Team.’ The day concluded with lunch in the castle library and a charity auction, where Residential Land successfully bid in order to raise money for charity.

Amongst the guests were Tamara Beckwith, Ex-Spice girl, Geri Halliwell, model Jodie Kidd and Highclere Castle residents, Lord and Lady Carnarvon.

The day was an incredible success with a total of £315,000 raised for this truly inspirational charity.
