Please be assured, this won’t affect any of our services to anyone looking to rent and/or our tenants. We take our responsibilities as a landlord very seriously. We employ an in-house team of lettings agents, building surveyors, property managers and maintenance experts. With a 24-hour helpline and on-site staff to answer questions during office hours, we are confident that renting a property from Residential Land will be an enjoyable and stress free experience.

Residential Land prides itself on being London’s largest private landlord and therefore has a vested interest in its buildings. This is just one of the reasons why we were voted Landlord of the Year.
We have properties all over central London in locations such as Mayfair, Chelsea, Kensington, Paddington, Victoria, Hammersmith, St Johns Wood and Marylebone.
