We were looking for an apartment that we could move into as soon as possible, minus the fuss. I can’t imagine a smoother process than what we went through with Residential Land. They set up viewings and were able to answer every question we had without any hesitation in relation to their properties. Within a week of our first viewing of the beautiful 62 Green Street property, which was, and still is, perfectly maintained by the Residential Land staff, all the paperwork and due diligence was dealt with and we were ready to move in. That is what you call service. They also helped us find a house keeper and let her in whenever we aren’t available to do so. I cannot recommend them enough as the people looking after the property you reside in. We dealt with Hollie Neale and she always helps whenever she can, you never call at the wrong time or ask a question she can’t find the answer to. She’s a real credit to Residential Land and the tenants that have met her.
