The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is an outstanding NHS hospital that provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at the Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishop’s Stortford, and St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping.
The hospital employ 3,500 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people. Patient safety is at the centre of everything they do, showing empathy and caring for every patient as an individual. Staff at the hospital adopt best practice in their day-to-day activities to achieve goals and improve their skills and knowledge to give the best possible care to patients.
The charity raises money to improve the wellbeing and hospital experience for thousands of patients, visitors, and people every year. Patrons of The Charity include cricketing legend Graham Gooch.
