The number of this years RESI Awards finalists were larger than ever and Residential Land hosted the launch party at 59-60 Grosvenor Street.

Despite the rain, the finalists came in their droves and the event was a huge success in preparation for the awards on 10th May.

Ahead of the nominees having the chance to mingle with their peers and celebrate those who had a truly transformative 2016 in the residential sector, event host Bruce Ritchie spoke about the growing influence of the sector and the emergence of new players over the past 12 months.
